    A suicide bomber killed 3 people, and injured more than 20, as the bomb went off during rush hour in the town of Hermel, Lebanon’s central square. It is believed that Sunni Muslims are responsible.

    In Cairo, Egypt, bombs were placed around the city by militant islamic peoples. Their targets were police officers and soldiers.
  • Nigeria

    Nigeria
    Islamic militants set fire to a locked dormitory in, Damaturu, Nigeria. They then waited for anyone that escaped, and proceeded to kill them. Over 58 students died.

    130 people were wounded, 29 of which died, as a result of a terrorist attack in Kunming, China. This attack took place at a railroad station, and the perpetrator’s weapons of choice were knives.

    Two unidentified Gunman shot Security workers in Kismayo, Somalia. One of the workers was killed.

    19 people were killed at a Kurdish Party Office during a suicide bombing, in a town outside of Baghdad. It is still not known who is responsible.

    8 Afghan Air Force Officers were killed, and at least another 13 were injured in a suicide bombing that took place in the center of Kabul. Taliban were responsible for the attack.

    Five United Nations peacekeepers were killed, and another three were wounded during a car bombing in Mali. Islamic militants were thought to be responsible for the deaths.

    12 people died and 30 were injured; in two identical car bombs that hit a popular cafe in Somalia's capital, Mogadishu.

    A car bomb exploded outside a police academy in Sana, Yemen. It killed at least 35 people, and wounded at least 90, many of whom were waiting to apply at the academy. It is still unknown as to who planted the bomb.
