  • First iPhone introduced

    On January 9, 2007, the first iPhone was introduced to the public. It was called the iPhone 2G.

    In July 2008, the newer iPhone 3G was released. The newer model included some new features, including the App store.

    Almost a year after the release of the iPhone 3G, Apple released a newer version, which included a faster processer and a better camera.

    In June 2010, Apple introduced a new, updated iPhone. This phone was the first to have a high-resolution display, front-facing camera, and a new, updated design.

    iPhone 4S
    Just over a year after the release of the iPhone 4, the iPhone 4S was released. This was the first phone to include Siri. The camera was improved, and it got a better processer.

    On September 21, 2012, Apple unveiled another new phone, the iPhone 5. This phone was the first to introduce the new digital lightning connector.

    In 2013, Apple released both the iPhone 5s and 5C. The 5C was the first iPhone to be offered in 5 colors. The iPhone 5S was the first to have a fingerprint sensor and include iOS 7.

    The iPhone 6 had a 4.7 inch screen and a better camera. The iPhone 6 Plus had a 5.5 inch screen and was the largest iPhone ever released.

    The iPhone 6S was identical to the iPhone 6, but had a lot of new updates including live photos.

    The iPhone 7 features a better camera and improved water resistance.
