    The Treaty of Versaillies was signed in June of 1919, to end WWI. It made Germany take the blame for the war, and had other harsh conquences for Germany that eventually made them seek revenge, even though the Treaty was supposed to be "The Treaty to end all wars".

    The conference was called by President Warren G. Harding regarding control and interest in the Pacific Ocean and Eastern parts of Asia. Russia was not present at the coference because of there absence during WWI.
