    The Treaty of Versailles was signed on June 28, 1919. Experts say that this treaty was why the second World War Started in the beginning. Since the restrictions on Germans were to harsh in the German view, while France thought it wasn't harsh enough. Thus creating a conflict between European countries.

    The Paris Peace Conference also included a new border for new nations such as Czechoslovakia. This caused a problem between many countries and the debate to go to war.

    The Germans responsible for WWI, had to pay the cost of WWI. The government printed all its money and paid them back by 1983. This caused a lot of poverty in Germany, causing lots of people to choose Hitler with his "Master Race" view.

    The league of nations forms in 1920 to stop furthur wars. However it was unsuccessful since they had no real authority. The results are more obvious in the WWII when Germans attack and they do not care what the league says.

    The exact date for this event is unkown, however in 1921, Adolf Hitler's party, the Nazis, started. Through the 1920s it gained popularity, due to Weimar Republic's effort to have peace with United States and the fact that Hitler believe they are the "master race". Finally in 1932, Nazis became the largest party in Germany.

    Mussolini a facist leader, forced himself as the dictator of Italy in Oct 29th 1922. He used his gang, Blackshirts, to overtake the government and make himself the leader. Mussolini and Hitler were good friends, and sticked together in the World War.

    In 21st of the first month of 1924, Stalin became the leader of the communist party of USSR. Many feared the communists from Russia as it was becoming more popular. Stalin has been known for his cruel leadership. Later on he becomes the leader of USSR.

    In the 1930s Japan also became a totalitarian state, with Hirohito as their emperor. While Hirohito did not have any role in the European wars, he did attack USA and attracted himself the first atomic bomb from the USA.

    After his successful leadership of his party, Stalin gains full power of USSR in 1928. He made the five-year plans. The plan was to improve the ecconomy of USSR within the next five years. From all the dictators in that period, Stalin has been know as the most cruel.

    The Great Depression in Tuesday October 29th 1929, may have pushed countries towards war. The war could create jobs and support the econmy. Many believe this might be one of the reasons why war started in the first place.

    In 1931, over in Asia, Japan attacked Manchuria to control more land and to extract its resources. This event caused a lot of problems, since Japan would not stop after this attack, later on they do attack USA and Hong Kong as well.

    In 1933, Hitler becomes the Chancellor of Germany, with his great leadership powers he soon absorves all the Germans to agree with him, and they kill the Jews later on. His greedy plan to over take the world causes him to lose everything he has later on.

    In 1936, Germany started its first attack on Rhineland. It invaded Rhineland in March of 1936. The British and French decided to ignore the Germans attacking, thus pushing Hitler to invade more places.

    In march of 1938, Hitler sent troops to Autsria. Austria became a German state until the end of the war. Even for this event the British and French decided to ignore it.

    The last pact before the war, and the reason behind the war. With the pact signed and Hitler ignoring everything about it, the world came to realize that Hitler is untrustable and should not be dealt with. Later he signs a pact with USSR and USSR knows Hitler is not trustful to non-Aryans.

    The nazis attacked the Sudetenland in October of 1938. This was the last attack of the Nazis before the start of World War II, this event led to invasion of Czechoslovakia. However the British and French decided to also ignore this attack too.

    In Germany, when Hitler became leader, the Jews were forced to wear the star of David for easy identification. In the 1938s the Germans attacked the Jews and their property. The attack was planned by the Nazis and caused many Jews to leave Germany, one of them was Einstein, who later on became a famous scientist.

    After France and Britian fulfilling Hitler's wishes to stop invading Czechoslovakia, in March 15th 1939, Hitler invaded Czechoslovakia. This was when the world knew that there was going to be a second World War.

    After the Munich Conference, the British and French though they had won in victory. However they noticed the appeasment had failed, and it was when they realized appeasment does not work, and they have to declare war.
