jeff was very shy so it was hard for him to make friends. He pushed through and talked to people even if he was scared. -
Health goal
Jeff loves food, he uses it for comfort a lot.BUt today is the day he decided hes only going to eat healthy food to keep himself happy and healthy. He asked his parents to not ever buy junkfood, they agree and move on as a happy and healthy family. -
Dads death
After Jeffs fathers death he was in denial to the whole thing for 2 weeks. After he realized it was all real he was just angry at the world. he was rude all the time for a month or two. After a half of a year he finally accepted his fathers loss and started to move on. -
History
After jeffs fathers death he got concerned about his own health.
During his reaserch he finds his family isnt very healthy. he decides to eat better so he doesnt get diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems or gain a ton of weight. -
Mom starts smoking
Jeff is really worried about his mother and her new habbit.
He doesnt want her to get lung cancer, heart attacks or strokes. -
Broken arm
jeff loves football, however he broke his arm and cant play the rest of the season. It physically made him feel useless like anything physical was to hard with one arm. When he was coping he did a lot of work outs so next year he would be ready for the season. -
Puberty
HIs shoulders begin to broaden, and his voice gets deeper. HE starts to get muscles and facial hair is coming in quickly. -
Abstinent
His mother tells him dont listen to peer pressure its you life not theirs. HAving sex and doing drugs doesnt make you "cool" it makes you ignorant and stupid. As she continues she says dont do anyting that you wouldnt be proud to tell me. -
Flu
HE gets a vaccine
gets a ton of rest and washes his hands after anything that could get him more sick. Next year he decides he will wash his hands after handeling things, get the vaccince before he gets the flu and be healthier so that if he starts to get sick his ne healthy body can fight off the germ. -
friends drink a lot
jeffs BFF is drinking every weekend, hes only 17 years old! Jeffs worried because his bff drives drunk. He is also worried because he doesnt want to lose his bff, Jeffs friend also wants jeff to drink and jeff is starting to think about it.. you dont think right when youre drunk and it might ruin their lifes. -
Takes keys away from bestfriend before he drives drunk
Jeff tells his friend that around 12,000 people die a year from drunk driving!
Then he says it only takes once to die so dont take the chance.
