    Gives workers the right to talk to coworkers about the workplace. Gives them the right to strike, and the right to collective bargain.

    Employer only hires union members.
  • Fair Labor Standards Act

    Created a maximum 44 hour, 7 day workweek, established minimum wage, and prhibited the employement of minors.

  • Minimum Wage

    The lowest hourly, daily, or monthly fee that employers may legally pay workers.

    The first federation of labor unions.
  • Ludlow Massacre

    Attack on the coal miners and their families by the Colorado National Gaurds.
