    Nazis concentrated on silencing their political opponents- communists, socialists, liberals. and anyone else who spoke out against the government.

    Muremburg Laws stripped Jews of their German citizenship, jobs, and property.
  • Kristallnacht "Night of Broken Glass"

    Nazi storm troopers attacked Jewish homes, businesses, and synagogues across Germany.
  • Final Solution

    Nazis eliminated gypsies, freemasons, Jehovah witnesses, and other Germans who they found unfit to be part of the "master race."
  • Pllight of the St. Louis

    Coast Gurard followed the ship to prevent anyone from disembarking in America. The ship was forced to return to Europe.
  • Death Camps

    Germans built six death camps in Poland. First was Chelmno. Each camp had several gas chambers. Aushchwitz was the largest camp.
  • Final Stage

    Hitler's top officials agreed to begin a new phase of the mass murder of the Jews. They would add murder by poison gas to mass slaughter and starvation.
