    The 350gt was born quickly after Ferruccio Lamborghini created ‘Automobili Ferruccio Lamborghini'. Originally, Gioto Bizzarrini developed the 350gtv prototype, but Ferruccio thought of its 3.5 litre v12 as too much of a race motor. Redesigned by Bob Wallce and Gian Paolo Dallara, the 350gt featured an aluminum block-style v12 60 degree, 5-speed transmission, aluminum and steel body, and capped a top speed of 155mph.

    Overall, The 400gt did not have many mechanical differences the 350gt. The main improvements included a bump to a 4 litre v12, an enlargement to 3929 cc, more interior space, and a longer wheelbase.

    The Miura was designed by Marcello Gandini, who used a sheet-steel unitized body by Bertone with an aluminum front and rear. It also had a similiar 60 degree v12, but Gandini had the gearbox and differential built in the same light-alloy block as the engine, allowing for a top speed of 174mph.

    After the Miura was the Miura SV (Spinto Veloce). With the sv, there was different cam timing and altered carburetors, allowing for an additional 15 ps. Also, the gearbox's lubricating system was seperated from the engine, allowing for the use of appropriate types of oil, but a decline in the top speed.

    The Lamborghini Countach
    The Countach was and is still one of the most iconic classic super/ exotic cars, with its once-unique body style. With the Countach, a new type of trapezoidal aluminum panel styling was introduced, as well as the well-known scissor doors, and the option to add a rear spoiler. Underneath the hood, the engine was moved to a mid-engine configuration, with the output shaft in the front and the gearbox in front of the engine, allowing for better weight distribution and a top speed of 181mph.
