    Destruction of King Solomon's Temple
    King Solomon's Temple was a Jewish temple that was destructed. Part of the temple was called the wailing wall, where people could send thier prayers up to heaven faster by writing them on strips of paper and sticking them in the crevices of the wall. Note: Actual destruction was in the year 70AD, but for some reason, it is not able to be shown on the timeline that way.

    The original Dome was lead, but with a gold-colored covering. In 1960, it was replaced with gold plating.
