This area latter becomes Prisoners Harbor. 1862 6,000 sheep are found on the Channel Islands. 1911 Sea Otters are Protected by the Law. 1928 A Light Tower is built in the Channel Islands. 1980 At Last a National Park 1995 Island Foxes start to Decline in Population. 2004 Island Foxes are Released Back into the Wild.
