from 1900 to 1925 the need for electricians started to grow dramatically because of the number of houses being made and wanting electricity by 1925 half the houses in america had electricity and as needed everyone

Thanks in great part to FDR’s Rural Electrification Act of 1936, by 1945, 85 percent of American homes were powered by electricity, with virtually all homes having electricity by 1960. as electricians became more in demand as a result they got higher wages as electricity grew more common

as they grew electricians got a more broad they started making wall sockets into house making electricians work with higher voltage and breakers being added to homes to be able to turn off certain parts of the house or building or on
