  • The boycott begins, with 90% of black citizens not taking the bus.

  • members and leaders of the movement meet back at the church and Martin Luther King Jr speaks his now iconic Speech

  • Martin Luther King house is bombed

  • the federal district court ruled in Browder v. Gayle that bus segregation was unconstitutional.

  • The Supreme court affirmed the ruling, and banned bus segregation.

  • Martin Luther King ended the boycott.
