  • National Party

  • Radical youth league (ANC)

    The ANC was very prominent in the organization of strikes and other protests. South Africa appeared to be at a crossroads because millions of black Africans now live with white people in the cities. They were strongly calling for an end to the policy of racial discrimination. In 1944, the ANC and the Communist Party of South Africa (CPSA) jointly founded the Radical Youth League.

    People still wondered if segregating races ws right or even still possible. The white people of South Africa dleievered their verdict. Their answer was Malan National Party (NP) and its policy of apartheid.
