To record onto these tapes you had to either keep the plastic tab on the corner of the front or simply place a piece of scotch tape over the hole!!

Oh man! Look at that storage space...I'll never need anything bigger than this 1.44 MB disk! It was called a hard disk at first but then people called this a 5.25 floppy disk.

My first jump drive I bought was in 2003 which had 1 gig of data. It cost about $90.
Compare to 1.5 TB External HD in 2013. -
