Digital media first began in 1992. Digital media is a part of electronic media where digital data was stored in computers in digital form. Digital editing is done by computers, the computer manipulate this digital data. There are many different editing programs like Adobe Premier, Avid and Final Cut Pro. The whole things is done on computers so theres no printing or splicing needed. Digital editing soon replaced video editing as its much quicker and can do many things that werent possible before
