    there are 3 categories into this period referring to literature: religious, courtly love, and Arthurian. some authors are Julian of Norwich

    ENGLISH RENNAISANCE

    1500-1660
    During this period writes were inspired by the creco-roman culture, thus an anthropocentric world was conceived . Maquiavelli and Arosto are some of the main writers of the time. Something that is outstanding here is the arousal of the printing press in 1440 by Johannes Gutemberg that led to rennaisance´s writers spread their work around thge world.
