Removal of plant material (excluding large oaks and sculpted Pride of Houston Yaupon); Mid-sized oak tree at light pole to be removed; Removal of rocks (to be placed at side entrance to be repurposed by HOA); Removal of old irrigation system and parts; Careful conservation of electricity lines and main irrigation lines;

Removal of current sod (turf); removal excess soil (berms); Excavation/Preparation for installation of fresh nutrient-rich soil (4-6 inches deep)

Manicuring and pruning of the oak trees to allow for increased light and richer growth ( to include oak tree moss removal).

The board/landscape committee will review the final outline of the limestone border and approve the layout design before installation.
