Installation Timeline

We will be working with a vendor to order equipment in October and November 2011 with a plan on installing the equipment over the holiday break. The room should be ready for the Spring semester 2012.

We will be ordering and selecting equipment during this timespan
Period: Dec 1, 2011 to Dec 23, 2011

Equipment Deliveries

Equipment will be delivered and readied
Period: Dec 26, 2011 to Dec 30, 2011

Installation

Equipment will be installed and checked for readiness
Period: Jan 1, 2012 to Jan 10, 2012

Faculty Training

Faculty who will be using the room will receive training on the new equipment during this time
Period: Jan 11, 2012 to Jan 30, 2012

Classes begin

Classes will begin in Stabile Clasroom with support given as needed during classes
