Oct 14, 1891 The Main Building is completed. Oct 14, 1902 St. Ignatius seperates into both a high school and college. Oct 14, 1923 The upper division of St. Ignatius becomes John Carroll University. Oct 14, 1935 John Carroll University is moved to a different location. Jan 21, 1974 St. Ignatius joins the National Register of Historic Places. Oct 14, 1984 St. Ignatius High School receives its first Blue Ribbon Award. Oct 14, 1989 Football National Champions. Oct 14, 1990 The Fine Art pragrams begin at St. Ignatius.
