  • IDEA Improvement Act of 2004

    This law was passed for children who are between the ages 3 and 21 who have a disability to receive free appropriate special education to meet their individual needs.
  • Endrew F v. Douglas County School District (2017)

    Endrew's parents did not think that he was receiving the education that he needed. HIs parents pulled him out of public school but he was placed in a Firefly Autism House. His parents sued the private school for reimbursement.
