IDEA 2004 is the reauthorization of the original legislation to strengthen earlier versions. Includes items regarding: quality of personnel, IEP standards, Transition Planning. -
Winkleman vs. Parma City School District
A civil suit under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act decided by the Supreme Court of the United States. Established that parents may file suit under IDEA, concluding that IDEA created a set of independently enforceable rights in parents.
