A group of anarchist peasants surrounded the Civil Guard barracks in Casas Viejas, wounding two occupants. From two o'clock in the afternoon, the forces of order arrived, which took the town and went to the hut of a certain Seisdedos, where some implicated in the events had taken refuge. After shootings and attempted assaults, the guards set fire to the hut, killing several of its occupants. The next day, when the situation was under control, several peasants were executed.
