  • Hubble space teloscope launched

With the Hubble Space Telescope on board, Discovery begins its roll maneuver after liftoff from Kennedy Space Center on April 24, 1990. The space teloscope is still in function today.
  • First polar orbit around the sun

First polar orbit around the sun
After a seven-and-a-half-year flight covering 3.8 billion kilometers (2.4 billion miles), Ulysses -- the only spacecraft ever to explore the Sun's polar regions -- has completed its first full orbit.
  • Hayabusa

This is the first time it landed on an asteroid and ever to come back to earth safely. Hayabusa studied the asteroid's shape, spin, topography, colour, composition, density, and history. It returned to Earth aboard the spacecraft on 13 June 2010.
  • Mars rover 1

    Mars rover 1
Landed in Meridiani Planum in 2004 three weeks after its twin Spirit. After Spirit got stuck in 2009 Opportunity remains active as of 2015. By achieving many plans by 10 years and 347 days.
  • The international space station

The International Space Station (ISS) is a space station, is in low Earth orbit. The ISS serves as a microgravity and space environment research laboratory in which crew members conduct experiments in biology, human biology, physics, astronomy, meteorology and other fields. The station is suited for the testing of spacecraft systems and equipment required for missions to the Moon and Mars. It s the only space station with people from all around the world.
  • Atlantis Space Shuttle

    Atlantis Space Shuttle
The Atlantis space shuttle was the fourth shuttle constructed, but it also was the last one to fly into space. This space shuttle gained a reputation of being the unsung workhorse. In the shuttle fleet it sent alot of satellite into the space.
