    June 28, 1914 Archduke and his wife Sophie were shot to death by a Bosnian serb nationalist. This assationation led to WW1. This event was probaally one of the main reason WW1 began. Henry's impact on this was that he took it in as his president dying and that he didnt really know how to react other than to learn to fight because it led to them fighting in the end.

On September 7th German chief of staff HelmunthVon Multke decided to send his men against the intensions of taking control of the city. October 7th German forces attacked the Belgian city of Antwerp. Belgian allies strugle to resist the attack.

The Battle of Somme was a battle of WW1 fought by the armies of the British and the French against the german empire. It was one of the most largest and bloodest battles in history. They lost more than 1.5 million men.

    In the Supreme war council Henry Rawlinson represented Britian. The Supreme War Council was designed to improve war time military co-operation between Britian, France, and Italy. It was founded in 1917 and it was based in Versailles.

    This treaty ended WW1. It was a peace settlement that was signed on june 28 1919. it was signed by two initial triple entente that had gone to war against germany in august 1914. The Treaty of Versailles was a compromise between president Wilson and his desire to make a just peace, and the French leader Clemenceau's desire for revenge.

    Henry followed Armistice in 1919, he was raised to the peerage. The Armistice was an agreement signed by representing France, Great Britian, and Germany. The Armistice was designed to end the fighting of WW1 and the terms of it would make it impossible for Germany to restart the war at least for the short term.
