Still seeking funds for this part of the project. A picnic table costs about $350 each. -

The cement paddings must "cure" for 1 month before the steel structure could be erected. -

BECOL has committed to assist financially with this phase of the project -
Put in floor of auditorium
Depending on cost of the steel structure, we might be able to have enough money to put in the cement floor for the auditorium. It is estimated to cost between $80,000 - $100,000. -
Purchase of Sound System
Monies from Tarde Cultural 2012 will be ear marked for the purchase of a new sound system, which would be permanently mounted in the auditorium. These monies, along with profit from the Mr. & Mrs. SHC Pageant, to be held next February, will be used to purchase the sound system, which is estimated at $8,000. -
Purchase plastic chairs for auditorium
Fund raising for this school year will assist with the purchase of some plastic chairs. -
Renovation of Staff Room
1] LAN lines & outlets for laptops on teacher tables.
2] Expansion of staff room.
3] More restroom facilities.
4] Dining Area and bigger kitchen.
5] Re-painted. -
Thin Client Lab 1
Dependent on the performance of Lab 2 this year, which is using a Thin Client system -
Install LCD projectors in 10 classrooms
It will be 2 projectors for every block.
