September 11, 2001 started out as a normal day but ended in tragedy the United States had never known before. Early that morning, an airplane taken over by terrorists purposely crashed into one of the Twin Towers. A few minutes later, a second airplane, also with terrorists in control, crashed into the second tower. The devastation and lives lost, American lost, created a series of events that still affect the US even today and started a sequence of events that changed forever life as we know it
