Ash Ketchum arrives to the Unova Region after traveling in Sinnoh. He travels to Unova with Professor Oak and his mom. He is encountered by the Legendary Pokemon Zekrom.

Ash and Pikachu meet Iris and Axew as he begins his Unova journey. Ash catches his first Unova Pokemon, Pidove and prepares to travel to Striaton City for his first gym battle.

The water starter Pokemon Oshowatt who left Professor Juniper's lab has decided to travel with Ash. They make their first in counter with a wild Sandile with sunglasses. Ash and Iris help the Sandile save other Pokemon from the raging river.

On his way to Striaton City, Ash finds a Tepig that was abandon. The Tepig at first was mistaken to be an Unbreon which is rare in Unova. Team Rocket tries to steal Pikachu and with the help of Tepig fails. Tepig chooses Ash to be its new trainer.

Ash participates in his first Unova gym battle. He chooses to battle all threee gym leaders. He defeats Cylan in the third battle t owin the Trio Badge.

Snivy, he grass starter Pokemon in the Unova region is caught by Ash. Ash and friends are traveling through the forest and finds a Snivy that left its trainer. Snivy uses the move Attract which makes it hard for him to catch it until he finds out that his Pidove is a girl.

Ash's finds a Roggenrola and wants to capture it. The Roggenrola's are captured by Team Rocket. Roggenrola helps Ash save his friends. Roggenrola loses to Pikcahu in a battle and Ash captures its.

After losing to Trip in his first battle to his Snivy, Ash and Trip battle again at the Battle Club. Trip's Snivy has evolved into a Servine. The five on five battle was one side for most of it with Trip coming out on top!

While on his way to Nacrene City, Ash and friends run into a Dwebble who is struggling to keep its home. Other Dweebles steal his home after he makes it. The gang helps Dwebble get his home back and Dwebble decides to travel with Cilan.

Bianca meets up with the gang. She gives Ash his badge case from Professor Juniper. Bianca shows her outgoing personality and catches a Minccino. Ash and Bianca battles and Ash comes out on top.

Ash battles Lenora, the gym leader for the Nacrene City Gym. Ash loses his first battle and trians with Don George for a rematch. He wins the rematch using Tepig who has learned flame charge.

Ash catches a Sewaddle when he meets Burgh the next gym leader he will face in Castelia City, in the Pinwheel Forest. His egg has hatched into a Scraggy after receiveing it from a daycare center.

Ash battles the bug type gym leader Burgh. His Sewaddle evolves in to a Swadloon and Pikachu defeats Leavanny to win the Insect Badge.

As the gang prepares for Ash's fourth gym battle, Iris encounters an Emolga and catches it. Bianca is traveling with the gang.

Ash and Trip battle for the third time near a river on his way to his fourth gym battle. The battle is very intense and ends in a draw wtih Tepig and Frillish knocking each other out.

Ash and friends arrive in Nimbasa Town, one town away from Nimbasa City the place of his fourth gym battle. Ash's friends like Bianca and Trip are there as well. Ash wins all his battles to compete in the championship round against Iris and her Excadrill. She wins the prize of a set of Wings.

Meowth has told the gang that he has left Team Rocket and joins Ash and company on their way to Nimbasa City. They first encounter a wild Scrafty who steals Iris's Axew. Scraggy learns Hi Jump Kick.

Ash and friends have finally made it to Nimbasa City the home of the subway system and fourth gym. Cilan meets Ingo and Emet the heads of the subway line. Meowth tells the gang that he used them as part of a plot to steal the Pokemon Center Pokemon.

Ash and gang ends Team Rockets plot to steal not only their Pokemon but all of the ones from the Pokemon Center. Team Rocket was able to program the subway line for their plan. Ingo and Emet assit the gang in saving the Pokemon. This is the season conclusion to Pokemon Black and White as Ash prepares for his fourth gym battle.
