*Customize pitch materials, meet with corporate decision makers, pitch sponsorship packages, negotiate/execute contracts -
Work with brand partners’ respective marketing teams to design their drivers’ helmets, racing suits, leisure/PT apparel, shoes, pit spaces, mechanics’ gear, bedroom décor, etc. and to plan VIP hospitality event participation. -
Scout/sign yet unidentified drivers who will round out the inaugural CC roster
*Talent-rich/cash-poor and other underrepresented drivers on the F1 trajectory. -
Engage celebrities from film, music, TV, and other professional sports disciplines to participate in the Culmination Event. -

Culmination Event that will pit them against their former teammates under the lights, in front of cameras, and in full view of skeptical scouts from the pinnacle level racing teams on which they ultimately want to compete. There, in the fishbowl that is Las Vegas, “The Scout” combine-style special event, the Celebrity/Pro-Am/Protégé Relay Race for Charity, and a private after party will all take place over the course of one potentially life changing day.
