First time after 8 years, I got the chance to bond with a cousin who makes hard work seem effortless. Growing up, I have always dreamed about sun-tanning on the beige sand with the blue ocean's breeze of Los Angeles. My dream came true when I witnessed the breathtaking waves of Venice Beach (MJain). -
Los Angeles - Disneyland
'Where dreams come true," is precisely how I felt when I rode the Thunderdom, sailed with the Pirates of the Carribean or watched magical fireworks while Disney characters were singing and dancing. Disneyland was a reminder of how limitless our imaginations can stretch. The experience also helped me realize how much hard work and passion goes into building an attraction that inspires millions. -
Los Angeles- Universal Studios
How do films transport us into a different world and enable us to connect with people we have never met before? The answer is a lot of hard work and dedication. I did not appreciate the diligence behind filmmaking until I visited Universal Studios. Entertainment may seem natural on screen, but the production is actually meticulous and well thought out. Alongside learning about film-making, I was blown away by 4D rides and the magical Harry Potter World (MJain). -
Las Vegas - Grand Life
What does it actually mean to live grand? Las Vegas was bigger and greater than I ever expected. "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas." It is a place where people go to get away from their everyday life. Hotels appear as authentic castles while statues unite universal beauty onto one strip. Las Vegas is surely one of kind and it was an honor to experience it (AJain).
