    This case is about segregated schools. The public opinion is split down the middle with a 50-50 vote. The case is democratic and there was some controversy because of the Jim Crow Laws that some didn't like. The principle that was brought up when talking of the case is seperate, but equal.

    The theme in this court case is the legalization of abortion. It was a little wired because half the people agreed with it, and the other half didn't. It was not democratic, but was controversial because of moral rights. The growing theme in this one was personal beliefs.

    This court cases topic was gay marriage, and almost everyone favored it. It was not democratic, but it was controversial because some state officials didn't agree.the growing theme in this court case was civil rights.
