    At 7 AM tomorrow I am beginning physical therapy in order to have my legs be completely ready to run a marathon. Right now I most likely have a torn ligament.

  • Kick up the mileage!

    Every Saturday starting in March I will be running long runs. 9 - 15 miles.
  • RUN 20 MILES

  • Taper until the marathon - short runs

  • FINISH THE ROCKFORD MARATHON
