Happened in the American colonies and in Eurpope. Its perpose was to change society using reason. It promoted science and intellecual interchange. This was about a 4 inpact on the revolution because it gave people new ideas. -
French & Indian War
Endland and America faught against the French in America. I give this a 8 impact because it leads to all the other Acts so England can pay for the war. -
Priclamation Line of 1763
England said that colonies could not move past the line to prevent conflict with the Native Americans. i give this a 3 becuase no one really obeyed it and it did not really do anything. -
Stamp Act
The Stamp Act enfored direct taxes by the British Parliment for the Brish colonies in America. Many printed materials had to be printed on a stamped paper showing that the person has paid the taxes. This is a 7 impact because it gave amercans another reason to break away from England. -
Tea Act
England put a new taxe on the tea in America, because they nedded more money to help pay for the was. this is an 6 impact on the revolution because it makes Americans pay for tea and tea was a big thing and it gave Americans anothe reason to break away from England. -
Boston Tea Psrty
A group of colonist got mad about the Tea Act and they dressed up as Native Americans and dumped hundreds of creates of tea into the Boston Hsrbor. I give this a 6 impact becuase it caused England to take drastic measures and the Americans first started getting their way with the repeals -
Intolerable Act
A series of laws from English Parliment. Four of the laws and acts triggered the Boston Tea Party. this is an 9 impacted because it was not fare to America and it gave them reasons to break away from England -
First Continental Congress
12 delegates met in Philidelphia to talk about the Intolerable Acts. I give this a 7 impact beause it leads to the Second Continental Congress and they got the commitee to write the Declaration -
Second Continental Congress
Was a committee of delegates from the American colonies. Started meetings soon after the revolutionary ware began. this is a 4 impact because they didnt start meeting until after it beings -
Lexington & Concord
British troops think that guns ar being stockpiled in Concord and while going there they confronted farmers and mailltia and killed them all. I give this a 6 imopact becuase it made a lot of people mad. -
Declaration of Independence
Benjamin Franklin was suppose to be the primary author of the declaration. Most of the ideas used in the declaration was from Locke and Rousseau. Thomas jefferson took lead from Franklin and he wrote the declaration. This is a 10 impacted on the revolution because it showed people what America would be like after they break away from england. -
Boston Massacre
The Boston Massacre was cuased becuase there were pleople protesting and off duty Bristish troop that ended in the death of 5 colonist. I give this a 8 impact becuase they killed 5 people and it shows that they do not really care about America.
