  • French and Indian War

    The French and Indian War was the North America conflict in a larger imperial war between Great Britain and France known as the Seven Years' War. The French and Indian War resulted from ongoing frontier tensions in North America as both French and British imperial officials and colonists sought to extend each country’s sphere of influence in frontier regions.   • Proclamation of 1763

    The proclamation of 1763 had all began by a man named King George the second. Different things that seemed simple to the British didn't seems to simple to the colonial subjects. To avoid warfare with the Indians, they would aim little to do with affection for the tribes, but simply it reflected the facts that the Indians made. http://www.ushistory.org/us/9a.asp
  • Stamp Act

    The new tax was forced on American colonists and required them to pay a tax on every piece of printed paper they used. The actual cost of the Stamp Act was relatively small.
