    Proclamation
    .This was the end of the French and Indian War. The proclamation, in effect,closed off the frontier to colonial expansion. The proclamation established or defined four new colonies.The proclamation line extended from the Atlantic Coast at Quebec to the newly established border of West Florida.

    The Suger Act is a Parliament that passed a modified version of the Suger and Molasses Act (1733). The First Lord of the Treasury, and Chencellor and Exchequer Lord Grenville was trying to bring the colonies in line with regard to payment of taxes.
