    Resolved that the College of American Pathologists Residents Forum (CAP-RF) replace gender specific titles of chairman and vice-chairman (of the Forum Executive Committee) with the gender neutral titles of chairperson and vice-chairperson respectively, and be it further

    RESOLVED that the College of American Pathologists Residents Forum Executive Committee initiate an effort to formally petition the American Board of Pathology to revise the definition of a one-year period of approved training to accommodate six (6) weeks of maternity leave, provided that the total time spent in full-time pathology training per year exceeds 48 weeks when averaged over the entire time spent in residency.
