    Notices of new assessed value mailed January 2024. Detailed information about the appeal process will be listed on the 2024 reassessment notice. Appeals can be done by Zoom, phone, email, in person or in writing by mail.

  • Assessor's Hearings Begin

  • All Values for Land Book Finalized

  • Reassessment Book prepared and delivered

    The legal deadline for completion of the Reassessment Book deliverable is March 31, 2024.

    BOE Hearings

    Board of Equalization hearings start in June and end on Oct 31, 2024.

  • Due Date to Schedule BOE Appeal

    Applications to the Board of Equalization for adjustments to assessments must be received no later than Sunday, September 1, 2024.

  • Due Date for BOE Hearings

    Any appeals to the BOE must be heard before October 31, 2024. After this date, appeals must be made to the Circuit Court.
