As I became a manager of a restaurant, I had to help with creating menus and memos to employees. This helped me with my grammar and also helped me expand my vocabulary, as I would have to come up with descriptions for menu items.

My friends and I currently have a book club. We read a book and then pass it along to another friend. Then after we read the book, we discuss it. We also share opinions on authors that we like so that we expand our list by adding new books from specific authors.
