Ratification of Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania politics between 1776 and 1787 was divided roughly two and one between those who favor the constitution and those who dislike the constitution. This breakdown was not manifested in either they election or they voting of the eight member deligation to the philadelphia convection. -
Ratification of Delaware
Delaware was the first state to ratify. It began its new legislation in October of 1787. By early november, the elections for state radifying convention was already being held. 10 memebers werte to be elected. and a totalof 30 delagates. -
Ratification of New Hampshire
the new hampshire convention met on Febuary 13. of the 108 delagets in attendence fewer than 50 were in favor of adoption. only 30 favored the ratification. -

in New York City it was held because Washinton dc was not built yet. first presidential election was held janurary 7th 1789. -
Ratification of Rhode Island
congressional and presidential election took place 1788, and the first congress met march, 1789. senate of north carolina sent rhode island a message saying join or die. -
