    Everyone hears a small explosion and the explosion makes a small crater.

  • People evacuated

    40 people evacuated

  • People go towards the volcano

    The people that didn't evacuate, went to the volcano thinking it was safe and wasn't going to erupt any time soon.

  • Explosions

    There were 18 small explosions.

  • Magma

    Magma starts to rise

  • Sides Growing

    The sides are filling with magma and start to grow

  • Sides Still Growing

    The sides have been growing for 3 days straight

  • Ground Trembles

    The ground starts to tremble

  • People come back

    The people that evacuated, are let back into their homes because the volcano was taking so long to erupt they didn't think it was going to erupt.

  • Volcano starts to Erupt

    8:32--- A small earthquake sets off the volcano and Mt. St. Helens starts to erupt.

  • North Side

    8:32---- The north side of the mountain begins to shake and the whole mountain broke.

  • Explosion

    8:32---- There is a huge explosion

  • North-West Section

    8:33--- The north-west sections starts to crumble

  • Lightning

    8:33--- Lightning Bolts start to form and strike

  • Ash Clouds

    8:34---- The ash clouds are moving at 300 mph

  • Ice cap

    8:55---- The Ice cap breaks and brings down 100+ pounds of water and makes a mud slide.

  • Ash Clouds Height

    9:01--- The ash clouds are rising to almost 15 miles in the air

  • Ash Shifts

    9:45--- The ash clouds start to shift east

  • Eruption

    12:10--- The eruption has been going on for 3 hours now

  • Erupts again

    The mountain starts to erupt once again

  • Trees

    This is when the first tree was planted

  • Nature Trail/ monument

    A nature Trail was created and people started to come and walk it and there was a monument made.

  • Survivors

    The survivors reunite
