In 1967 he began designing men’s neckties branding them with the name “Polo”. -
1980s-2007
In the 1980s and 1990s Polo expanded rapidly opening boutiques across the United States and abroad. But in 1984 He opened his flagship store in New York’s Rhinelander Mansion and went public on June 11, 1997.
