  • TQMS New Hire Orientation Rough with Graphics for Review

    Barb will present a run through of the TQMS New Hire Orientation. The content is already completed but graphics and interactive elements are currently in progress.

  • Present TQMS Orientation to Current LGI Employees

    Bring all Portland employees current with the delivery of the completed TQMS presentation. The delivery can be set up in two separate time windows in order to support uninterrupted production schedules.

  • Updated process documentation completed

    Grace to report the status of completion of process documentation - all processes (key) are slated to be current by this date barring unforeseen circumstances.

  • Executive Review and Approval of Process Documents Completed

    Mike M., Lane, and Kent to receive copies of new or updated processes from Grace and Team to peruse and sign-off as approved. (Starting date for this activity is slated as 1/2/14.)

  • Training Implementation of Newly Approved Processes Begins
