Last week we looked at showing how the project development stages can relate to 3 different types of projects and what would happen in each phase like the initiation phase in regards to the individual project. This is to help us understand and detail the various stages and how they work in the professional world of project management. -

Today we've done three exercises.
Exercise 1: Analyzing what happens in each stage along with the pros and cons whilst identifying what could go wrong in each stage of the project life cycle
Exercise 2: Gave brief details to sell to the user why they should use different methodologies like Agile, RAPID, ETC.
Exercise 3: Look at the principles, themes, processes and tailoring of the PRINCE 2 methodology along with the pros and cons of this method.
