Project management is a way of solving problems to meet objectives and to deliver benefits in a certain time period and in budget, to a specified quality. Making sure the quality of IT projects in any sector is a important requirement. I will deliver an IT project using at least one project management method as used in IT industry and complete the five stages of the project.

I have done the agenda and do this before a meeting and minutes do after meeting for the project in graphics

white- facts (neutral objectivity)- I have been working on the assessment and Gantt chart.
red- emotion (the emotional view)- I am nervous about that i may not finish it in time.
yellow- benefits (logical positive)- Gantt chart I have found useful
green-ideas (creativity)- i may need more time with the assessment
blue- planning (process control)- plan the time to finish the work
black- judgement (the logical negatives)- too much info at once and short notice
