    3-D printing is unique additive manufacturing that involves the process of making 3-D solid objects from computer generated files or digital files (stereo-lithography). This project was planned and completed for people who love the idea of creating custom products and also excluded events like printing millions of things as a mass production.The tangible delivery of the project was the printer itself which was able to print 3-D items. Time was fixed, quality was optimised and cost was accepted.

    The project was stated in 1983 and was completed in 1986 successfully. The time at which the 3-D printer is to be delivered to the business market was fixed and Charles Chuck was able to deliver and patent it in 3 years. The quality was optimized to deliver the best printer possible. The first ever 3-D printer costed around $300K. Though the cost was very high, it was accepted to produce the best 3-D printer. The cost reduced to $1800, five years ago due to many investments in this field.

    Digital camera was first invented in 1975 by an Engineer at Kodak. The first commercial digital camera was heavy and clicked pictures in black and white.
    Whereas the QuickTake 100 captured picture in it’s true colour. It was the first of its kind that hit the commercial markets. It was $200 (USD) cheap when compared to other cameras in the market.

This project was planned with various designs for the watches from designers across the globe right from when the idea was thought by the company.

The quality was optimized to deliver the best smart watch to incorporate the best design features with health functions like heart rate function. The time was accepted as the project was to deliver best quality watch that accurately monitors health information. The tangible delivery of the project was the watch. The watch is splash resistant, has heart rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, 8 Gb of memory, WIFI connectivity.

    The WaterLily Charger is a unique and Eco-friendly charger for charging the devices when there are no power sources available, especially during trekking or other adventure sports. This charger uses renewable energy like flowing water and wind, to rotate the turbine which produces energy that gets stored in the battery. Then by using an SAE -connector the charge can be transferred from the battery to the devices. It's a perfect kit for hikers or anyone living off the grid.

    The project was stated in 2017 and was completed in 2018 successfully. This project was planned with the use of various prototypes before the final product made a breakthrough in design and usability. The tangible delivery of the project was the charger. Cost was fixed $199.99 as this was a scaled down product from subsea system of Seaformatics for personal use. The quality was optimized to deliver the best charger after testing the product under adverse conditions. Time to deliver was accepted.
