    MSCs Complete BDD Training

    All MSC's will have completed the new BDD process training by this point.

  • Stop receiving old BDD claims

    VA will no longer accept "old" BDD claims starting on this date.

  • Stop receiving Quickstart claims

    VA will no longer accept any new claims through the Quickstart program

  • New BDD claims to SLC and WS

    VA will begin sending the "new" BDD claims to the Salt Lake City and Winston Salem RAS sites

    Train Winston-Salem on new BDD process

    appx 1.5 hours of training for Winston-Salem for the new BDD Process
  • Period: to

    Train San Diego CPS for VSC work

    The San Diego CPS will train for the receipt of non-specialized VSC work once they have exhausted existing Quickstart claim inventory.
  • Period: to

    Train entire field on new BDD process

    The entire VBA field will be training to process the new BDD claims.
  • Period: to

    Train Salt Lake City and Winston-Salem RAS for VSC work

    Both Salt Lake City and Winston-Salem RAS sites will be prepared to receive normal VSC work.

  • End Special Mission for San Diego CPS

    Once all Quickstart claims in current inventory as of 10/2/2017 are worked, the CPS site will revert to normal VSC work.

  • BDD claims distrubted nation-wide

    BDD claims will be distributed to all stations starting on this date.

  • End Special Mission for SLC and WS RAS

    BDD claims will be pushed to the entire field. Winston Salem and Salt Lake City will revert to standard VSC operations
