The Penguins team of 1993 came to be the "Dream Team". They started the season with low hopes, and a losing season. Their M.V.P. Mario Lemieux was diagnosed with Hodgkins disease, and was out for 24 games. However, he came back on March P, 1993 and lit up the NHL world. His team was behind him every step of the way. This DreamTeam went on to hold a 17 game winning streak. This record came close to being beaten by the Penguins team in 2013.
