As a Patrol Lt. I supervise 6 Sergeants who currently have 6-7 officers. Unfortunately, the growth of Phoenix has increased immensely and we are currently over 500 positions short for patrol due to budget and recent changes within the organization. Doing more with less is a common practice however the quality of officers and their commitment to serve remains at the highest level.
