Docudays.ua an international human rights movie festival host 'Open Access' for the first time ever.

Alisa Ruban, on her way to deliver the film to Berlin, Germany for a movie festival was restrained and claims that the video material has been copied off of her personal computer.

After the powerfailure was resolved the bomb squad arrived and evacuated the building.

After which the organizers relocated for an open air screening instead, meanwhile the local Pary of the Regions representatives held a press conference describing the assualt on the building by the 'Open Access' crew.

One of the short movies in the Open Access anthology was presented at the Leipzig Festival, recieving the Best Documentary Short on the theme of Democracy award.

In an attempt to outsmart whoever was cutting power and planting bombs in the past, the location was kept secret, instead everyone was gathered outside and led to the venue. However, one member of the audience was a saboteur and threw a stink bomb down as soon as the lights went out. The audience was evacuated.

The third screening in Kharkiv turned out more eventful. The lights went out, but a citizen came to the rescue and connected his electric car to the projector!

After changing location the first time due to a power outage, the second attempt to screen was interrupted by a bomb squad.
