    11 free states and 11 slave states. The North wanted all the states to be free states. The North and the South are both at fault because they bot have a equal amount of states

    Uncle Tom's cabin was about slavery and what the slave owners do to slaves who do something they don't like. The North feels like they need to stop slavery because its and this story makes it worse. The South is more at fault because it shows how they hurt the slaves.

    The North got California and the South didn't. The North felt good because they got more land and they didn't get Cession until they voted for it. The South is more at fault because they didn't get more land.

    Dred Scott was brought to a non slave states and Dred escaped and he brought it to court because his owner wanted him back. The North believed he should be free because of where his slave owner brought him. The North is more at fault because the court wouldn't let a slave go because of where his slave owner brought him.

    John Brown was a hero who helped slaves escape. The North felt good because they wanted there to be no slaves and John brown was helping the North. The South was more at fault because they were afraid that John Brown was going to take their slaves or make slave uprisings.
