The first steamboat was created by Denis Papin (1647-1713) who is a french physicist from the 17th century. Denis Papin wrote a charter in which he described the process of the steam engine set on the boat. This invention helps a lot the navigators to travel further.

The first typewriter was created by Henri Mill (1683-1771) who is an english engineer from the 18th century. A typewriter is a machine which prints texts on a sheet with inks. Henri Mill was at the root of the project but we didn't know if he created it by himself.

The photography was created by Niépce Nicéphore (1765-1833) who is a french engineer from the 18th century. This engineer , was the first one who succeed at fixing images thanks to a chemical process. Daguerre improved his invention in 1839.
